Albany Filtration Technologies (AFT) supplies, services and manufactures custom engineered Dry Filtration products for the Power Generation, Alumina, Aluminium and Smelting, Cement, Chemical, Iron and Steel, Lead and Zinc and a variety of others industries where minimizing particulate emissions is crucial.
Dry Filtration Products include Filter Bags such as the Star-Bag, using virtually any fibre, weave or fabric design. Our range includes Polyester, Homopolymer Acrylic, Polypropylene, Polyamide and high temperature fabrics such as Nomex, PTFE, Polyimide (P84), Polyphenylene (PPS) and Fibreglass. Albany Filtration Technologies is one of the few manufacturers to blend our own yarns and as such we can offer most of these basic fibres in monofilament/multifilament, conventional spun and needled constructions.
Albany Filtration Technologies offer a full range of filter cages including our patented Star™ Cage for exclusive use with our
Star™ Bag technology. Cages are available in a variety of materials and surface finishes, including 316 stainless steel for corrosion resistance or to meet FDA requirements.
